Position Overview:
Cascade High School is seeking a passionate and dynamic teacher to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year. This position will primarily serve 9th and 10th grade students. The specific content area may be flexible depending on the applicant’s licensure and experience, but a strong ability to build relationships, manage a classroom effectively, and engage students is essential.
Responsibilities Include:

Delivering engaging, standards-based instruction to 9th and 10th grade students

Creating a classroom culture of respect, growth, and high expectations

Using data to drive instruction and adjust teaching strategies

Qualifications:

Valid Indiana teaching license (or the ability to obtain one by the start date)

Secondary certification in English

Experience working with high school students preferred

Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills

Qualifications: Evidence of instructional leadership skills with ability and willingness to utilize a collaborative team-approach; strong commitment to creating and nurturing a positive teaching and learning environment as well as strengthen positive relationships with staff, parents, and our community; evidence of expertise in data-driven decision-making using technology; exceptional role model for students; teaching experience at the secondary level is required with secondary administrative experience preferred.

Cascade High School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic High School Science Teacher with a Life Science license and a preference for candidates who can also teach Chemistry. The ideal candidate will foster a stimulating and supportive learning environment that promotes student engagement, critical thinking, and scientific inquiry.
- Required: Indiana Teaching License in Life Science (Grades 9-12)
- Preferred: Additional licensure or endorsement in Chemistry
- Strong content knowledge in biology, environmental science, and general chemistry principles.
- Experience or willingness to integrate technology and innovative instructional strategies.
