POSITION: High School Varsity Boys & Girls Wrestling Coach EFFECTIVE DATE: Immediately
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Be appropriate role model for student-athletes, parents, families, CHS staff, opponents, and community
• Foster initiative, self-discipline, teamwork, loyalty, courage, leadership, and the commitment to excellence to
Cascade High School athletes
• Work cooperatively and develop rapport with administration, teachers, coaching staff, players, and community
• Comply with all aspects of coaching handbook
• Develop integrity within coaching staff and fellow coaches
• Work with other coaches to facilitate multi-sport athletes
• Exhibit enthusiasm and sincere interest in coaching and working with athletes
• Clearly communicate with individual/team about goals, performance, and progress
• Develop and maintain a healthy, competitive, and rewarding environment
• Instruct individual participants in the skills necessary for excellent achievement in the sport involved
• Organize, plan, and schedule a regular program of practice in and out of season
• Maintain an accurate roster and verify academic and athletic eligibility of athletes
• Assist Athletic Director in planning contests, special events, etc.
• Communicate and work with medical personnel and parents involving athletes injuries
• Monitor the safety conditions of the facility or area in which assigned sport is conducted at all times that athletes
are present
• Enforce discipline and sportsmanlike behavior at all times, and establish and oversee penalties for breach of such
standards by individual athletes
• Comply with pre-season, in-season, and post-season expectations set forth by the Athletic Director or outlined in
coaching handbook
• Develop a consistent and positive public communications procedure through the school and media to inform the
parents and the general public about the athletic program
• Exhibit acceptable personal conduct and appearance before, during, and after contest
LICENSE: Valid Indiana Teaching License Preferred but not required

Physical demands would include upper/lower body strength to stand, walk, bend, stoop, shovel snow, ability to carry at least 50 pounds for 50 ft.,operate various pieces of cleaning equipment such as sweeper, mop, broom, scrubber/polisher also shovel snow, lift at least 50 pounds and carry 50 feet.
Environmental demands include being inside an enclosed building for most of the work day, Occasional exposure to weather extremes, occasional exposure to high levels of noise, and occupational exposure to bodily fluids.

District Technician
Job Summary: The District Technician works to respond to the needs of the Mill Creek Community School Corporation staff and students in regards to device hardware, software and peripherals. The technician will respond in a timely manner to technology requests as well as maintain staff and student accounts. The technician will also assist the director of technology with ongoing technology projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience with technology in an educational environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows, ChromeOS, laptop and desktop computers, and Chromebooks
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hardware and software installations
- Basic knowledge of networking
- Multi-tasking skills to handle large volumes of technology requests
- Ability to work well with people and answer end-user questions
- Good organizational skills and communication skills
- Customer service oriented attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair staff and student devices and peripheral equipment
- Work with end-users to answer technology related questions in a timely manner
- Re-image or refresh operating systems and upgrade software as needed
- Maintain all staff and student accounts
- Help maintain an inventory of all technology equipment
- Distribute/collect/assist staff and students with hardware and software
- Monitor/purchase and distribute toner/ink for the district.
- Assist with district digital platforms
- Assist with managing the district 1:1 program
- Assist with phone system changes
- Assist in supporting standardized testing
- Assist with data cabling and network device installations
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Technology Coordinator
Hours and Pay
- Starting Pay Range $20.00 an hour
- 260 Days, 8 Hours
